Requirements:

• experience in a managerial position, experience in retail trade is preferred;
• successful team building experience;
• ability and desire to train staff;
• a leader who can achieve set a goal and follow it;
• work in a team and for results.

Main duties:

• organization of the efficient operation of the store;
• ensuring high-quality customer service;
• training and development of store personnel;
• ensuring the fulfillment of planned indicators;
• interaction with supervisors, inspection bodies.
