We are currently looking for a leader and manager for the position of Manager of a group of stores in the Dnipropetrovsk and Zaporizhia regions.

We value:

• 2 years of experience in retail sales, work in a grocery store is an advantage retail;
• experience in management positions from 1 year;
• experienced PC user: MS Office (Excel, Word), 1C;
• own car and driver's license;
• experience in strategic management and planning;
• analytical skills, communication, activity, speed, customer orientation, friendliness, honesty and focus on the result.

Main responsibilities:

• control and organization of the trading process of stores (urban, intercity);
• control and ensuring the preservation of material values and store inventory;
• management of the personnel of retail outlets;
• management of operational activities of retail outlets;
• control and coordination staff on issues of interaction with regulatory bodies;
• formation of the optimal assortment of the store;
• achieving results in the implementation of sales plans and other economic indicators of the company.
