This role will be a key contributor in supporting the daily operations of the Equity Team. The right person will thrive with the eagerness to learn, use innovative approaches to solving problems, be ready to accept new challenges, and be willing to contribute to improving our end-to-end equity process.What you’ll do:Reporting to the Manager, Global Equity, you will support the daily activities related to our global equity plan including any ad-hoc projects and tasks related to the PlanAssist in the management of our relationship with our vendor, Fidelity, including coordinating tasks to be performed by Fidelity throughout the equity administration processSupport employees and business partners with equity-related requests and questionsCollaborate in the development and execution of an employee education campaign for SoFi’s equity programsSupport the Manager, Global Equity with monthly/quarterly reporting, forecasting, and processing requirements associated with the PlanAssist with any system integration projects related to equityProduce analyses to support other business functions in management decision makingCollaborate with Payroll and HR on system integrations and reconciliations between the Payroll and HRIS systems that support the PlanAssist with monthly/quarterly/year-end internal/external audit and compliance requestsAssist with the month-end close process by assisting with reporting related inquiries from cross-functional partnersWhat you’ll need:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field1-3 years of experience in Equity Plan Administration, including Employee Stock Purchase Plans (ESPP) strongly preferredBilingual in English/Spanish is strongly preferredExperience in a public company environment preferredExperience with Fidelity NetBenefits SPS administration system preferredStrong Microsoft Office skills and Google Suite experience preferredExperience working with a global population across multiple long-term incentive vehiclesAbility to function in a highly collaborative environmentStrong verbal and written communication skillsMust demonstrate attention to detail, analytical abilities, and consistent follow-through, including project management skills and time managementAbility to partner with cross-functional teams, including legal, HR, tax, payroll, accounting, and financeCompensation And BenefitsThe base pay range for this role is listed below.
