The Ukrainian company is a leader in the field of UAV development, which managed to gain recognition on the markets of Ukraine and Europe, is known for its product, a modern approach to solving complex problems, confidently accepts challenges today, is scaling and attracting specialists to its teams. In this regard, we are looking for a person for the position of Technical Manager, to strengthen the team for direction of radio communication systems.

The concept of the project is in order to develop secure radio communication and radio navigation systems to control unmanned systems from a single control station, while not being near the combat contact line, to save the lives of the military. Such a system will not be vulnerable to current and future EW tools. Now the company already has experience in this area, but the main task is the modernization of these solutions and the introduction and implementation of new ones.

Responsibilities:

• Provision, control and support of the product life cycle: development, launch into production, receiving feedback, modernization;
• Organization orderly and synchronous development process of the mechanical, hardware, software part; communications with marketing and sales departments to ensure the process of promoting the product to the market;
• Team management: formation and management of a team of researchers, engineers, developers and other specialists;
• Control over technical and project management project documentation;
• Ensuring feedback from users, analysis, and decision-making, regarding improvement, or correcting defects;
• Budgeting and cost control: developing and controlling the project budget, ensuring efficient use of resources, controlling costs and ensuring their compliance with goals and the project;
• Following technological trends: monitoring technological trends, scientific research and innovative markets with the aim of maintaining leadership positions on the market and using advanced technologies at work.

Requirements:

• Experience in the field of development and implementation of complex engineering solutions;
• Higher education, knowledge of the English language from level B1;
• Be ready for business trips;< /li>
• Understanding robotics technologies, automated systems and military technologies;
• Experience in managing large projects and teams;
• High result orientation, strategic thinking and decision-making ability;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with stakeholders at different levels.
