Tasks awaiting the state expert:

• carrying out an analysis of cases related to the technical support of information systems and technologies in the field of public service, which belongs to the competence of the NADS, in order to identify problems based on the study of statistical data, requests from state authorities, requests from citizens, and other sources of information;
• monitoring, evaluation of the effectiveness and efficiency of state policy in the field of public service, in particular on issues of technical support of systems and technologies in the field of NADS competence, according to defined indicators of achievement of set goals, preparation of relevant proposals for continuation or adjustment;
• participation in the preparation of development strategy, technical tasks, substantiation of estimates of network, server equipment, software, organization of acquisition and updating ліцензій, сертифікатів для потреб інформаційної системи управління людськими ресурсами в державних органах; 
• conducting an analysis of current legal acts with the aim of identifying gaps and inconsistencies, summarizing the practice of applying legislation, developing proposals for its improvement, and preparing relevant projects of legislative acts, acts of the President of Ukraine and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, orders of the NADS on issues within the competence of the expert group;
• drafting and approval of projects contracts.

You are suitable for us if:

• you haveknowledge of the OSI network model, experience in diagnosing and configuring TCP/IP protocol tools;
• • you have experience in administering Oracle Linux 9.x and Windows Server 2019 operating systems;
• • you have skills in working with HAProxy and Nginx;
• • you know the basics of managing control systems MSSQL and PostgreSQL databases;
• • have basic knowledge of Cisco network equipment administration, including experience with Cisco AnyConnect;
• • have experience working with Active Directory (user, group, access policy management);
• • have knowledge and skills in configuring and monitoring security policies in Linux, Windows, MSSQL and PostgreSQL databases, as well as in Cisco firewalls;
• • able to analyze event logs (event logs) to identify security and performance problems;
• experience with UnityBase will be an advantage;
• • confident with a personal computer;
• • have skills in working with large amounts of information;
• • able to work independently and in a team;
• • attentive to details, communicative and proactive.

Mandatory requirements:

• citizenship of Ukraine;
• higher education, not lower than a bachelor’s, junior bachelor’s;
• fluency in the state language.

     Terms of payment:

• position salary – 42,000 UAH;
• allowances, extra payments, bonuses and compensations in accordance with 52 of the Law of Ukraine "On Civil Service";

Conditions for selection and appointment:

• appointment to the position is temporary until the appointment of the winner of the competition to this position, but no more than 12 months from the date of termination or cancellation of martial law.
