Most of our clients are logistics companies from the USA, Mexico and Europe.

Currently, our partner, an American logistics company, is looking for an HR manager to recruit drivers in the USA.
Even if you do not have experience in this position and in the field of freight transportation - it is not a problem! We will teach you everything.

What we offer:

• Stable income + paid training with a mentor.

• Official contract from the first day.

• Schedule: 15:00–01:00, Monday–Friday.
  (office format with the possibility of remote work in the evening time).

Main duties:

• Search and selection of drivers for the US market.

• Conducting interviews.

• Preparation and verification of documents.

• Communication with drivers during cooperation.

• Work with CRM (ATS).

Our expectations:

• English Upper-Intermediate or higher.

• Developed communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work in multitasking mode.

• Experience with CRM (will advantage).

• Willingness to learn and develop.

• Experience in customer support or sales is a plus, but not necessary.
