Standardizer in Milig, TOV

Responsibilities:

• keeping time records and analyzing the use of working time
• calculating time norms and production norms
• determining the labor intensity of products
• analysis of actual indicators and deviations from the established standards
• participation in the implementation and updating of labor standards
• interaction with production departments (masters, technologists)
• search and implementation of solutions to optimize production processes

Requirements:

• experience as a rater or economist working in production
• understanding of production processes and technological operations
• practical experience of timekeeping
• confident level of mastery of Excel
• attention to details, analytical thinking, systematic approach
• readiness for business trips (if needed)

Conditions:

• Official employment
• Work schedule Mon-Fri from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Salary for the trial period (1 month) — 40,000 hryvnias, based on the results of the trial period - UAH 45,000 + monthly bonus
