• Work schedule: 5/2 (Saturday, Sunday - weekends) from 9:00 to 18:00. Lunch break from 13:00 to 2:00 pm

what to do:

• adaptation and familiarization of new employees with processes built on RC; 
• Organization of training, mentoring, testing and evaluation of employees; 
• Business training for accessories, receivers, loaders; 
• Detection of errors and shortcomings, processing with the staff of all problematic moments; 
• Adaptation and probation control (assistance in the probationary period); 
• Working with mentors; 
• To monitor the results of employees (efficiency, effectiveness, progress in position, work with mistakes); 
• Assistance in describing business processes (adaptation, mentoring, training, testing); 
• Development of proposals for improving learning efficiency;
• Planning a training schedule Preparation of reporting on the results of staff; 
• Timely response to employees' requests in the direction of professional activity. Work in a similar position at least 1 year,
• are ready to consider a candidate with experience with a receiver, equipment,
• PC (high level);
• skills Work with Data Collection Terminal (TSD);
• Electricity Experience is welcome but not required;
• Education: Full Higher;
• Knowledge Kinding of goods - will be an advantage;
• Knowledge of ways of packaging different goods - will be an advantage;
• Knowledge of the rule of weighing goods - will be an advantage.
