staff training manager
Basic responsibilities:
- Implementation of staff training and development strategies , development of corporate competencies
- Analysis of the level of development of competencies of specialists and managers and submitting proposals for training and development
- Working with the customer of training: collecting and clarifying the need, making proposals, approval of formats and programs Provision and collection of feedback
- Development and conduct of learning activities for the development of sales skills, Soft Skills, management skills of different online and offline format: webinars, workshops, trainings, individual consultations and more. Preparation of the Program, Presentation, other materials (handouts, etc.)
- Writing articles, posts, instructions, communications of a developmental character
- Creating teaching materials for SDN (distance learning systems) in various formats: video training , infographics, presentations, testing, case tasks, etc.
- Creating educational materials for training activities in offline and online training
- Participation in the development of coaching competencies I
- Preparing and conducting commanding measures, brainstorming, facilitations, participation in the projects of the training department. > successful candidate meets the following requirements :
- Higher education
- Knowledge In offline and remote synchronous and asynchronous training
- knowledge of the basics and principles of business trainer. Having appropriate learning will be an advantage
- Mastering tools, techniques, development models of Soft Skills, Mental Health, Management Skills and B2B Skills
- Has a business trainer's skills and competencies ( Development of training programs, oratorical art, work with a group, with different types of participants, creation of modern, exciting presentations, use of hooks during a speech, creating a performance design, working with flipchart and online learning tools, ability to work with online training platforms, Development of materials for self -study, conducting moderations and facilitations,Business Igor)
- The experience of developing and implementing Soft Skills development programs, management skills, B2V sales skills, the basics of mental health. Writing articles, posts, communications of a developmental character
- Experience of working with a business trainer and manager on staff training and development-from 2 years. Conducting offline and online training activities
