What do we expect from the candidate?

• Experience as a product training specialist, the ability to understand components/ components of make-up and care products, recommend them according to the Client's request. (will be an advantage).
• Experience of working in retail stores of cosmetics, perfumes, in the beauty field in the position of a seller, administrator or manager.
• To have knowledge and constantly supplement it with current trends, trends and novelties in the field of beauty and care.
• The desire to share knowledge - to teach, learn and constantly expand and improve one's own knowledge and skills.
• Be able to find an approach to everyone, get a kick out of communication.

• Fluency in written and spoken Ukrainian.

What are the key tasks of the position?

• Development of training materials about the product upon request (presentations, infographics, etc.).< /li>
• Training for sellers and administrators in stores on service standards, as well as face, body and hair care (trainings, webinars, etc.).
• Support of existing projects and participation in development of new ones, for staff training in stores.
• Visiting network stores with the purpose of staff training.

Work schedule: from 9:00 to 18:00, from Mon to Fri, Sat and Sun off. Hybrid type of work, partially online + work on place with staff in the store.
