Basic requirements:

• higher education;
1 year of experience in recruiting;
• practical experience of finding personnel of various levels: mass recruitment, labor and sales personnel;
• knowledge of employee recruitment, motivation and engagement;
• knowledge personnel administration will be an advantage;
• high communication skills, responsibility, purposefulness;
• confident PC user;
• desire to develop and work for results.

Main Responsibilities:

• conducting the search and selection of personnel for production and the sales department;
• conducting telephone and personal interviews;
• organization of interviews with heads of structural divisions;
• active communication with managers (initiators of the personnel search application);
• formation of personnel reserve;
• accompanying candidates to registration;
• registration of job candidates;
• participation in the work of the personnel service (the process of hiring, extension, transfer and dismissal);
• analytics of closing vacancies, labor market monitoring;
• active participation in the life of the company and service projects.

Working conditions:

• Mon-Thurs 8:30-17:15, Fri 8:30-16:00;
• official employment;
• social guarantees;
• transportation of workers from/to work from/to Pochayna railway station, Troyeshchyna railway station".
