Tasks:

• Managing the operation of the store and ensuring the efficient work of the staff
• Ensuring a high level of customer service
• Controlling the availability of goods on the shelves
• Implementation of marketing promotions and product promotion
• Competitor monitoring and market analysis
• Ensuring compliance with the company's safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Experience in store management or a similar position
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a team and motivate staff to achieve goals
• Knowledge of retail and marketing fundamentals
• High responsibility and result-oriented
• Knowledge 1C, Excel, cash discipline
