SRM Manager/Analyst. in BOVIOS FARM, TOV

BOVIOS PHARM is a Ukrainian pharmaceutical company operating in the market of nutraceuticals, in connection with expansion, it is opening the position of SRM Manager/Analyst.

Functional responsibilities:

• Administration of the SRM system: planning/ uploading sales by drugs/territories, new territories/geomarketing, etc.
• Coordination of trainings/learning to work in the SRM system
• Analytical reporting on the SRM system database: market, efficiency of work of medical representatives, sales dynamics, visiting activity, etc.
• Communication with distributors: monitoring the availability of the company's drugs in distributors' warehouses across Ukraine (sufficient availability, prejudice against defects), provision of weekly analytical data, etc.
• li>Administration of drug launches with national and local pharmacy chains, distributors (drug cards, penetration, etc.)
• Management of seasonal company projects

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education (preferably - economics, applied mathematics, statistics)
• Advanced user of Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query/Pivot, etc.)
• Experience working with large data sets
• Multitasking
• Analytical mindset, attentiveness
• Organizational and communication skills
• Experience in a similar position is desirable
