If you're ready to join the driving force behind the evolution of interactive entertainment, we invite you to come play with us.What you'll be doing:Responsible for Playtika games infrastructure maintenance and automationConstantly look for automation opportunities withing infrastructure platformImplement platform engineering practices cross companyDesign, implement and maintain automation frameworks to simplify operational tasks and eliminate toilProblem Management: lead investigations, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with other teams to implement preventive measures and long-term solutionsChange and Release Management: ensure that changes to IT systems and infrastructure are implemented in a controlled and structured manner, minimizing risks and potential disruptionsDefine team KPIs and objectives, aligning individual contributions to broader organizational goalsRisk Assessment and Mitigation: identify potential risks to the IT infrastructure and develop strategies to mitigate them. Includes security vulnerabilities evaluation, implementing disaster recovery plans, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulationsCooperation with external vendors: ensure vendors meet the company's reliability requirements and get in touch with external companies to resolve issues or implement improvementsTeam Management and Leadership: lead a team of IT professionals responsible for maintaining and improving the reliability of IT systems.
