SRE/DevOps Team Lead in Pine Software

Company is also engaged in research and development of new technological solutions.We are seeking an experienced SRE/DevOps Team Lead to drive the development and reliability of our infrastructure. In this role, you will lead a team in implementing best practices, ensuring high availability, and aligning DevOps strategies with business objectives.Requirements:5+ years of experience in software integration/DevOps;Advanced experience with both self-hosted and cloud solutions;Proficiency in Docker deployment and orchestration;Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC);Expert understanding of Continuous Integration/Delivery/Deployment concepts;In-depth understanding of networking fundamentals (switching, routing, load balancing, name resolution, etc.);Skilled in logging and monitoring systems;Proficiency with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB);Exceptional technical experience in Linux and shell scripting;Mastery of Kubernetes, Nomad;Proficiency with tools and platforms including GCP, Terraform, Ansible, GitLab, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, RabbitMQ, Redis, Vault, Envoy and Consul;Experience programming in Golang or Python;Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team;Strategic thinking and ability to align DevOps practices with overall business goals.You will deal with and be responsible for:Provide leadership and guidance to the DevOps and SRE teams;Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align DevOps practices with overall business goals;Managing and coordinating the implementation of DevOps processes and best practices;Mentoring and developing team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement;;Overseeing the design and implementation of robust CI/CD pipelines;Leading the configuration and deployment of databases and orchestration clusters;Driving the development and improvement of monitoring and logging systems;Collaborate closely with developers and QA to optimize the software delivery process;Staying informed on industry trends and emerging DevOps technologies;Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes at the leadership level;Ensuring the availability, reliability, and scalability of infrastructure and applications;Providing regular updates and reports to upper management on team progress and key metrics;Fostering a positive and collaborative team environment;Participating in the hiring and onboarding of new team members.Company offers:Competitive salary level;Medical insurance;Psychological support;Partial payment for sports activities.Pine Software is an equal opportunity employer.
