This position will own the full cycle recruiting process for full time, part time, and temporary positions at Tatcha. As part of that, you will develop a comprehensive knowledge of the organization, develop a deep understanding of departments and team structure (who we are and how we work).External Market Knowledge & SourcingEach day at Tatcha is different with new problems to solve and tasks to tackle, but here is an idea of some of the things you will work on:Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers for job opening requirementsAct as an expert in assigned regions, line of businesses and functionsAnalyze industry, product and geographical trends in talentDefine and execute candidate search strategiesDetermine appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positionsDevelop, research and identify prospective talent providing a pipeline of qualified candidatesPromote the company image to candidates and external service providersPartner with the diversity and inclusion team to execute Tatcha’s strategic initiatives and Affirmative Action Program.Leading The Hiring ProcessFacilitate end to end scheduling of the recruiting and candidate screening and interview processNegotiate the hire compensation package/offers Manage tools, resources and technologies in identifying talentTrack achievement to recruiting KPIs and metrics (time-to-fill, etc.)Contractors / Short-term HiringAgency Contracts: Own the relationship with Agency partners for temporary staff, and full-time contracted contingency recruitingFreelancer Administration: Work with our payroll vendor and keep track of administrative actions on behalf of the Sales Team and the Freelancers1099 Contract Administration: Partnership with the People, legal and IT teams to create, review and execute 1099 contracts Tatcha Temp Staff: Create temp offer letters and monitor extension of assignmentsKey Stakeholders Of This RoleHiring Managers, Interviewers, candidatesSr. Director Human Resources & Tatcha HR Business PartnerTatcha Finance Business Partner Who You AreSomeone who leads and contributes to the development of company objectives and principles to achieve goals in creative and effective waysReliable, independent, and able to juggle multiple tasks effectivelyAn intuitive and effective communicatorSomeone who can create formal networks involving coordination among groups High degree of flexibility, self-motivation and urgencyStrong commitment to client/candidate service (e.g.. responsive to emails, phone calls, proactive in providing feedback and maintaining communications with candidates and internal business partners)Comfortable with ambiguityComfortable conveying advanced information and persuading several diverse stakeholders/audiencesRequirementsBachelor’ s Degree 7+ years’ successful recruitment and sourcing experienceBeauty, retail, fashion, industry experience a plusMust be able to demonstrate successful and creative use of social, professional, and internet networking sites to identify and source candidatesEffective technological skills to leverage our internal recruitment softwares (ATS) and external search softwaresStrong business acumenCertified Internet Recruiter (CIR), Certified Diversity Recruiter (CDR) is a plusThe DetailsThe expected base salary range for this position is $130,000 to $145,000..
