The Lviv office and in particular the product engineering team continues to grow and is looking for engineers. Job DescriptionProduct Engineer actively participates in the launch and support of mass production of microcircuits. The main goal of his work is to achieve the highest possible quality of all shipped batches, work to reduce defects, delay and analyze abnormal samples and batches. To solve such tasks, you will analyze measurement data, build hypotheses about the problem based on this data, and coordinate the joint work of project teams ( engineers for development, quality, testing, characterization of microcircuits, representatives of factories and contractors) in Europe, Asia and North America.Principal AccountabilitiesAnalysis of electrical test data of defective batches and individual units.Participation in the development of tests of electrical characteristics of microcircuits (Final test, Wafer test). Setting limits for rejecting abnormal samples (Wafer/Final test limits) and batches (SYL/SBL limits). Work on reducing the percentage of defective products (statistical data processing, failure analysis, management of destructive and non-destructive laboratory analysis of defective samples (Physical FA)). Communication with interdisciplinary teams to prevent and solve production problems. Decisions regarding problem lots based on engineering evaluation of test data (hold lot disposition). Development and improvement of tools for statistical analysis (MS Excel, TIBCO Spotfire, etc.) Support qualifications (ESD, HTOL, HTSL, BHAST) and determination of electrical product specifications (Test and Datasheet Specifications). Knowledge and application of standards and internal procedures for quality assurance. Assistance in solving production problems. In any critical issues, support is provided by colleagues with experience. Qualifications Engineering education in the fields of: electronics, radio engineering, micro- and nanoelectronics, semiconductor physics, and related specialties. Knowledge of digital and analog circuitry. Understanding of the process of manufacturing integrated circuits. Knowledge of statistical data processing methods. Basic programming skills (Python , C#, VBA, R or others).Proficiency in English at the Intermediate level.Your advantage may be:Experience in the field of semiconductors or electronics, as well as data analysis.Knowledge of methods for measuring electrical parameters.Ability to work with laboratory equipment.Project management skills.
