About the position:

Specification specialist of data plays a key role in the formation of the data structure for the specifications classifier and determines the rules and regulations for the creation and implementation of changes in the structure of groups of specifications, its characteristics and properties. Determines the level of detail in user requests, works on improving tools for working with the specification directory, takes care of data quality in the directory and related directories. Sets tasks and distributes responsibility among team members (operators) for entering data. 

Requirements:

• Knowledge of 1C
• Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to write technical specifications for the performer
• Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions based on it.
• Experience in an analytical position from 1 year
• Attention to details.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the process of creating/changing/closing values ​​in directories, defining rules and regulations for submitting applications for creating/changing/closing values ​​in directories
• Setting for creating and making changes to directories.
• Coordinating the interaction of team members in the process of creating a tool for managing directories
• Coordinating performers in the process of working with directories, determining priorities
• Assessment of the quality and completeness of reference information data that will be migrated to the ERP system
• Participation in the development of business processes aimed at references, for example, the business process of data migration to the new ERP.
• Identification of duplicate and inappropriate data in directories, development of recommendations for optimization, unification of data.
• Active participation in the implementation of the ERP system, as the owner of the main directory of the company. Knowledge and skills of working in ERP in terms of directory management, execution of business processes related to them
• Management of reference information, migration of directories to the ERP system, unification of company resources
