• Provides consulting support to the end users of the SAP systems (FI, FM, others)
• Provides users, creates and assigns roles
• to process the incidents of end users. Promptly responds to the emergence of new incidents, takes responsibility and makes maximum efforts to solve them
• formalizes and transmits the functional departments identified errors and software deficiencies, controls their elimination
• participates in the training of end users with existing, and new businesses. With SAP systems experts, and supports the instructions for the SAP end users.

• Ability to create and keep accounts of SAP software users, simple and group roles, their assignment.
