- Updating user data, maintaining a customer database and fixing communications in CRM;
- Assistance in creating and publication of vacancies, motivation for active use of the site;
- Learning new users working with a resume base and platform capabilities;
- Organization of meetings and development of cooperation with government agencies, CP and NGO;
- Identify Customer Technical Problems and Transfer to Relevant Departments;
- Informing about advertising opportunities, site news and providing salary analytics;
- Fulfillment of targets, compliance with standards of work.
