The main task of a specialist in MTP learning

Regular Estimation of Needs, including Information and Educational, IDPs living in MTP;

  • Organization of Information and Educational Activities;

  • Independent Organization and Conducting Training, Information Sessions and Other IDPs or IDPs; FONT-STYLE: Normal; Text-Decoration: None ">

    Development of a plan of activities, search of coaches and facilitators (if necessary) for their implementation;

  • Involvement of IDP residents in joint activities and development of their own collective initiatives;

  • Information and Advancement Support for Humanitarian Issue Residents;

  • In close cooperation with IDPs, the organization of measures aimed at improving the living conditions in the MTP, integration into the community, etc.; FONT-STYLE: Normal; Text-Decoration: None ">

    Understanding and ensuring compliance with the Code of Conduct and other Fund policies;

    • Higher Education in the Field of Social Sciences, Rights, Human Rights, Economics, International Relations, Business Administration or other relevant industries;

    • not less than 1 year of work in the humanitarian sphere;

      competent use of MS Office;

    • Understanding Humanitarian Principles and Gender approach;

    • A strong sense of personal integrity and attention to details and the ability to work in difficult conditions;

    • Strong communication skills, independence in work, proactiveness and flexibility;

    • Experience in organizing and conducting trainings or similar events;

    • Public Appearances, Conducting and Organization of Information and Educational Measures;

    • Knowledge of English and experience in the international environment will be an advantage.
