Temporary Residence Coordination (MTP) (CCCM) is the name of standardized coordination mechanisms that are used to work with refugees through the refugee coordination model and are used through the CCCM cluster. CCCM mechanisms provide effective provision of services and protection of displaced persons in all types of residence, in cities or rural areas, and whether they live in the territory specially created for this purpose, in places that have been formed unplanned, through self -expansion, places of compact. 

The main task of a specialist in MTP learning

Regular assessment of needs, including information and educational, IDPs living in MTP;

Organization of Information and Educational Activities;

Independent Organization and Conducting Training, Information Sessions and Other IDPs or IDPs; FONT-STYLE: Normal; Text-Decoration: None ">

Development of a plan of activities, search of coaches and facilitators (if necessary) for their implementation;

Involvement of IDP residents in joint activities and development of their own collective initiatives;

Information and Advancement Support for Humanitarian Issue Residents;

Understanding and ensuring compliance with the Code of Conduct and other Fund Policy.

Professional Requirements

• Higher Education in the Field of Social Sciences, Rights, Human Rights, Economics, International Relations, Business Administration or other relevant industries;

• not less than 1 year of work in the humanitarian sphere;

  Competent use of MS Office;

• Understanding Humanitarian Principles and Gender approach;

• A strong sense of personal integrity and attention to details and the ability to work in difficult conditions;

• Strong communication skills, independence in work, proactiveness and flexibility;

• Experience in organizing and conducting trainings or similar events;
