Today you have the opportunity to join our team of professionals who confidently step towards the same goal and are united by common interests and life values , because we are looking for a Technical Customer Support Manager.

What will you be engage in:

  • Registration of user appeals (employers, searchers) in the Service Desk system, by phone, in e-mail, in messengers (viber \ telegram \ chats);
  • Consulting users (employers, searchers) on working with the robota.ua site, and, if necessary, directing them to other company departments;
  • Support, diagnostics, elimination of technical malfunctions and solving other issues received from users of the robota.ua site (employers, searchers), and, if necessary, directing them to the development team;
  • Providing initial assistance in setting up and troubleshooting user software;

We need exactly you if you have:

  • Experience in Service Desk/CRM-systems, IR- telephony, chat systems;
  • Higher education or is a student of the last years of the university;
  • Fluent command of the Ukrainian language, preferably knowledge of the English language (intermediate level);
  • Attention to detail, analytical, communicative, responsible, punctual, ability to resolve conflict situations;
  • Understanding of working with browsers (desktop\mobile), operating systems Windows\MacOS\Linux\Android\IOS.
