Chernihiv. 

  • Support for partnerships and public relations coordinator in identifying potential partners and building relationships with these partners; monitoring visits to partners as needed;
  • Conducting organizational assessment and checking potential partners;
  • Coordination of systematic support. This may include support in the organization of trainings, coaching and mentoring;
  • short translations from Ukrainian to English or vice versa relevant documents concerning partners; region;
  • Support of coordinator in the development of projects on project implementation between new partners and NRC;
  • Cooperation with other departments, protection department, safe and inclusive programs (SIP), Finance Department, Logistics Department, MEL Division to ensure the implementation of the basic principles and procedures of NRC among operating partners; Partnership tracker for the Northern Region;
  • Participate in projects and actively track any unresolved partnership issues when needed; donors;
  • keeping accounting and documentationDocuments in accordance with the NRC Information and Management System in Ukraine;

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management of non-profit organizations, international development or related industries; 
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in humanitarian organizations, development organizations or Ukrainian civil society;
  • good skills of interpersonal communication; in English (both in writing and oral) and Ukrainian is required;
  • Attention to details, organizational skills and caution in working with confidential information; online platform.
