Our organization is constantly growing and adding new projects to our wide portfolio both at the all-Ukrainian and local level, which we implement in partnership with international organizations. Duties: Monitoring of grant competitions and tenders, identification and analysis of potential opportunities for partnerships and funding; Leading role in creating complete packages of project proposals (including concept notes, narrative part, budgets, logframes and realistic execution schedules) in cooperation with project managers. Qualification requirements: Higher education; Understanding of the principles of work of charitable organizations and public organizations; Experience in writing grant proposals /fundraising for NGOs; Excellent oral and written command of English (not lower than upper intermediate) and Ukrainian languages; Strong communication and presentation skills; Ability to work independently and in a team; High level of self-organization; Adherence to deadlines; Initiative and responsibility.
