The Right to Protection, CF
BF "Right to Protection" (Fund)- a charitable organization that focuses its activities on providing assistance to internally displaced persons (IDPs), persons in need of international protection, stateless persons, to persons with increased risk of statelessness and persons without documents. The Fund is an executive partner of the UNHCR and implements programs for the provision of direct legal assistance throughout Ukraine, promotes changes in the national legal framework, bringing it into line with international standards in the field of human rights.
Project "Advocacy, Protection and Legal Assistance to Internally Displaced Persons" local and individual levels. Within the framework of this project, during 2025, the Fund will monitor the protection of the rights of IDPs and provide free legal assistance to internally displaced persons in the regions of Ukraine. The project is looking forSpecialist (position) in monitoring the situation of IDPs in m. Kropyvnytskyi.
Duties and tasks< /strong>
Under the direct supervision of the senior monitoring specialist, and the general supervision of the coordinator for protection and regional team leader, employee should:
monitor the rights and freedoms of internally displaced persons (hereinafter - IDPs) and persons affected by hostilities on a permanent basis in accordance with the existing methodology; >
visit state bodies that provide services to IDPs, places of compact settlement of IDPs, measures aimed at IDPs, etc.;
to communicate with IDPs, persons affected by hostilities, representatives of government institutions and non-governmental organizations, in order to collect information about the humanitarian situation as a whole;
to provide reports in the prescribed form in a timely manner on a daily basis forthe results of monitoring visits;
in case of necessity, conduct emergency monitoring visits within the region (this may also apply to weekends)
identify the most vulnerable IDPs and their needs;
provide other individual assistance to IDPs;
timely and fully display information in the IDPs CRM system;
identify potential beneficiaries for participation in the IPA cash program;
perform other duties as needed;
understanding and compliance with the Code of Conduct and other Foundation policies.
Professional requirements
higher education (preferably: sociology, law, journalism);
preferred knowledge of human rights;
readiness for significant work in the "fields" (outside the office);
readiness for a large number of trips and more than the normon working days;
knowledge and understanding of the legislation on IDPs and the territory of OOC;

understanding humanitarian principles;
excellent communication skills, readiness for daily communication with people (IDPs, representatives of government institutions);
preference is given to IDPs who lost their jobs due to displacement;

Residence in the specified location and awareness of the local situation will be significant advantages.
