BF "Right to Protection" (hereinafter - the Foundation) is a charitable organization that focuses its activities on providing assistance to internally displaced persons (IDPs), victims of military operations, refugees and stateless persons. The Fund is an executive partner of the UNHCR and monitors the situation of protection of the rights of IDPs, providing legal assistance and strengthening the humanitarian response in 22 regions of Ukraine, and also promotes changes in the national legal base, bringing it into line with international standards in the field of human rights.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The project "Rent housing for IDPs and war-affected population" is aimed at encouraging IDPs and war-affected population to move from dangerous areas and places of compact living (hereinafter ICP) as a short-term solutions and rent housing, and reducing pressure between local residents and IDPs who were evacuated after February 24, 2022, creating conditions for easier integration of beneficiaries into local communities. To implement the program, we are looking for a specialist (rank) in monitoring the direction of housing rent in the city of Poltava (Poltava region). under the direct supervision of the regional team leader:

  • provide consultations by phone and directly at the locations of the compact settlement (MCP); style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">

    identify potential beneficiaries for participation in the program;

  • provide monitoring reports;

  • in case the need to perform other duties related to the implementation of the program.

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • preferred higher education;

  • readiness to work in the Ukrainian language; "fields" (outside the office), trips around the city and within the region;

  • ability to collect information in accordance with the goals and objectives of the project;

  • analytical skills for the preparation of reports;
  • understanding of humanitarian principles style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">

    excellent communication skills, readiness for daily communication with people;

  • flexibility, adaptability.

Preference is given to IDPs who lost their jobs due to displacement.

The fund offers successful to the candidate:

  • Contract until December 30, 2026 with the possibility of extension, according to personal results and project financing;

  • Opportunity to work with one of the strongest Ukrainian human rights and humanitarian non-profit organizations.
