GENERAL INFORMATION

BF "Right to Defense" (hereinafter - the Fund) is a sector leader in the protection of people who have suffered from war, veterans, refugees and stateless persons. We seek recovery and integration for those we help. Our team protects people's rights and influences laws and decisions in Ukraine and the world to become fairer. We are actively developing a network of partners for localized support of those who need it. The fund is 13 years old. Today, the team of BF "Right to Defense" has about 1,200 specialists. Geography: 22 regions of Ukraine, as well as a representative office in Poland. More than 3,300,000 people have received aid since the start of the full-scale invasion. Our work was recognized at the national level: in 2024, the Foundation won first place in the "Charity Ukraine" competition in the "All-Ukrainian Charity" category, entered the top 10 of the Forbes Ukraine "50 Best Charitable Organizations" rating, and took 9th place in the integrity rating of Ukrainian charitable foundations.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none"> strategies for social adaptation of IDPs and integration into communities.  700">Provision of shelter services for IDPs, returnees and war-affected population in Ukraine. The main tasks include identifying the needs of victims, providing social support for successful relocation and adaptations.

OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identification of persons and families who are potential recipients of social adaptation services.  
  • adaptation.
  • Compilation of individual pstarted working with the beneficiary. 
  • Providing social services in accordance with the plan.  humanitarian organizations and other interested parties. 
  • Participation in educational activities works.

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Higher education in social sciences, law, psychology or humanities will be an advantage. 
  • Understanding current legislation and methods of providing social services. 
  • Experience in the field of social support or humanitarian work services.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with different categories of the population.
  • Experience working with internally displaced persons will be an advantage. 
  • Skills in gathering and analyzing information. 
  • Knowledge of the principles of confidentiality and personal data handling Foundation.
