1. During the period of martial law, we work according to a hybrid work format (1-2 days - work in the office, the rest - remotely);
2. If you wish, you will have the opportunity to work more often in our comfortable office in the center of Kyiv, where there are rest areas, a library, as well as a kitchen where there is always something to refresh yourself;
3. Flexible 8-hour work schedule (8-17; 9-18; 10-19; 11-20; 12-21; 16-00; 00-08). /li>

A specialist in the verification department in our team will deal with the following tasks:

• Conduct customer identification;
• Analyze information about the financial and credit risks of a potential borrower;
• Check the reliability of the information specified in the credit application;
• Analyze and check the documents provided by the client;
• Monitor changes in quality indicators affecting the solvency of the client;
• Make decisions on applications for non-cash loans.

Selection criteria:

• Higher education;
• Experience in the banking or financial sphere (work in an MFI will be an advantage);
• Experience in conducting telephoneverification with the client;
• Resistance to stress, skills to work and analyze a large amount of data;
• Ability to work in a team for a result;
• Competent Ukrainian language.

• 1 stage: communication with by a recruiter on the phone;
• 2nd stage: a video meeting with our recruiter and your future manager.
