Specialist of the technical support department in Ashlar-Vellum

We are looking for an entry-level specialist in the technical support department of our customers.

Main requirements and responsibilities:
- Communication with English-speaking users of our software via email and calls;
- Helping our users in solving problems that have arisen while using the software;
- Providing fast and high-quality feedback to customers.

From you, we definitely need:
- Knowledge of Windows and Mac OS system administration;
- Knowledge of the English language at a level not lower than Upper-Intermediate, which will also open up a number of additional opportunities for you.

Since 1989, Ashlar-Vellum develops and sells innovative award-winning software for automated design and 3D modeling. 
During your work in the company, you will need to dive deep into the specifics, study our products and competitors' products (AutoCAD, Solidworks, etc.). To provide technical support for users of the company's software, communication skills and/or communication skills are welcome. Work is remote. Working hours are synchronized with American business time and involve working in the evenings Ukrainian time.

- Experience with CAD programs; 
- Basic knowledge of database administration;
- Basic knowledge of computer security; 
- Basic programming skills.
