Specialist of the technical support department in FinX

FinX is a company that provides financial services in in the field of consumer lending in many cities of Ukraine. 

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist, who would be part of our friendly team in Kyiv. 

Responsibilities:

• Providing the first line of technical support to internal users (employees of the company) via phone, email and ticket system; 
• Diagnostics and solving problems with hardware and software; 
• Configuration and maintenance of machinery, printers and other office equipment;
• Installation and updating of software;
• Management of user accounts and access rights;
• Keeping documentation on solving problems and creating instructions for users;
• Participation in projects on the implementation of new technologies and optimization of IT infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Understanding Windows operating system;
• Knowledge of network technologies;
• Experience with remote experience systems and VPN;

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team;
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.

Knowledge is preferred:

• Experience with AD, group policies;
• Knowledge of operating systems: Windows Server.
