About the team:< /strong>

The team currently has 4 specialists and team members who work on solving customer complaints and process feedback sellers of the Prom.ua marketplace. Communication with buyers and sellers takes place exclusively through correspondence in Zendesk and admin panels. The task of the team is to find the best way out of any controversial situation and to help ensure that purchases are safe.
< br style="font-weight: inherit"/>Currently, we are looking for a specialist for project work for 6 months (with with the possibility of continuation). The team works for a common result, tasks are distributed evenly. The team has an atmosphere of trust, support and interchangeability. The result of the team is quick responses in resolving disputes/handling feedback, always with a focus on quality.< /span>

Important for this role:

  • preferred work experience in the field of consulting clients/resolving disputes between buyers and sellers
  • fluency in the Ukrainian language
  • attention to details, the ability to find the essence of the problem and separate the secondary
  • ability to justify your opinion
  • speed of information processing
  • ability to work both in a team and independently
  • focus on personal and team results

Tasks:

  • processing/resolving appeals related to disputes between sellers and buyers:
    1. complaints from buyers
    2. reviews disputed by sellers
  • communicating with disputants through correspondence in Zendesk and admin panels only< /span>
  • applying restrictions to sellers in the admin panel according to the rules of work on the marketplace
  • compliance with established criteria for speed and quality of response

Salary stable and timely payment: rate 23500 UAH for the adaptation period, after the adaptation period + bonuses, which depend on the number of processed appeals (3,500 UAH on average).
