Specialist of the server infrastructure and support department
Main functional duties:
1. Consultations of users (clients) on information technology issues, solving user problems.
2. Identification of types of appeals, determination of ways to solve the application task, determination of priority of applications in ServiceDesk.
3. Diagnose and eliminate malfunctions in PCs, components and office equipment.
4. Creation of solutions and instructions to facilitate the work of users.
5. Creation of reference images and deployment over the network.
Main requirements for candidates:
Basic knowledge or understanding of CMD and PowerShell
Practical experience in diagnosing and resolving incidents with hardware (PCs, laptops, peripherals) and software (Windows, enterprise applications).
Experience with contact accounting systems (Jira Service Desk, ServiceNow, Zendesk or similar), including incident documentation and escalating to higher levels of support.
Critical knowledge and skills: basic understanding of networks (TCP/IP, DHCP, VPN), user account administration (AD/Azure AD), working with office suites, communication skills and customer orientation.
Additional requirements:
