ONLY for reserve officers with the signing of a contract before the announcement of the decision on demobilization and appointment to a position in one of the MOU units.

Main functions

• management of a portfolio of digital initiatives aimed at digitization of services for the Defense Forces of Ukraine
• management of a team of IT specialists: creation and management of a team, definition of strategy and development of work plans for effective achievement project goals
• Identifying stakeholders and establishing effective communication channels to ensure a productive partnership

Basic requirements

• higher education in the field of management, public administration and administration or in another related field
• 3 years of work experience in digital project management
• work experience in coordinating and supporting the formulation and development of policies, procedures and guiding principles, requiring effective facilitation and consensus-building skills
• strong leadership qualities, ability to lead and motivate a team, influence stakeholders and ensure successful project completion, time management and attention to detail

• Military service under contract, all types of military support, office in the center of Kyiv (5/2 9-18), official housing not is provided.
