About the team:

The operations department of the financial company EVO (RozetkaPay) unites about 50 specialists Among them are the support teams of the cash product, the Support service and operational finance.

One ​​of the areas of the department is support of payment accounts, where two specialists are currently working. They are responsible for opening accounts, supporting payment transactions and account seizures, working closely with financial monitoring, treasury and support teams, and participating in the development of technical requirements to improve operational processes. To strengthen this direction, we are looking for a Chief Specialist of the Payment Accounts Support Department.

Important for this role:

• experience of 1 year with payment accounts (opening, support, arrests, closures, etc.)
• experience in following up payments on payment accounts
• experience in processing account seizures and forced write-offs (work with the DVS, private executors)
• knowledge of the regulatory and legal framework of Ukraine that regulates payment services, payment operations, understanding of NBU regulatory requirements
• good communication skills for effective cooperation with related departments

It will be an advantage:

• experience in developing/approving internal regulatory documents (regulations, regulations, instructions) for operational activities
• experience in forming requirements for automation/optimization of operational processes

Tasks:

• organization and control of processes adjustment in the "PTK Payment Accounts" software for user payment accounts, conducting final operations for user payment accounts and their closure
• support of counterparties, control over implementation of financial settings in the software - physical and legal entities
• interaction with external bodies in the area of payment accounts
• establishment, support and control of operational interaction with related departments (treasury service, financial monitoring, commercial department, etc.)
• establishment of the process of identifying and processing unaccepted, erroneous and improper payment transactions by payment user accounts
• organization and participation in the development, approval and updating of internal regulatory documents (regulations, regulations, contracts, instructions) regulating work with payment accounts
• participation in the description of requirements for the IT department
