JOB INFORMATION
The position of Partnership Specialist is key to supporting the program in Ukraine. The primary objective of this position is to support the portfolio of partnerships and facilitate the program to ensure effective management of sub-grants and building of strong, sustainable partners, with high standards and compliance. The Partnership Specialist will support the Partnership Manager in the day-to-day management of IRC subgrants.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in international development or relations, finance, business or related field; having a master's degree will be an advantage - or equivalentwork experience
Work experience:Minimum 1 year of experience working with international or local non-governmental organizations (preferred) or other organizations that required managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment

IRC takes a zero-tolerance approach to wrongdoing and takes all necessary measures and takes corrective action when it receives information about wrongdoing. The IRC investigative unit consists of specialists and qualified investigators who conduct professional investigations focused on the interests of victims. They get involved if security violations are reported through the reliable and convenient communication channels that IRC creates for its employees, partners and customers. The IRC is also an active member of the Interagency Working Group on Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Violence (PSEA) established in Ukraine.
