The operator of the network of charging stations for the batteries of electric vehicles IONITY is inviting a permanent customer support specialist

Today, IONITY is the largest project in terms of placement and management of the network of charging stations for electric cars

Requirements for a candidate for the position:

• Work experience — from 2 years
• Developed communication skills, ability to plan, knowledge of business etiquette, rules of communication and correspondence
• Excellent knowledge of the Ukrainian language
• Proficiency in English - welcome
• Fluent PC Windows OS, MS Office, Internet, Microsoft Outlook
• Analytical thinking, responsibility, sociability, organization, non-conflict, stress resistance, friendliness, ability to navigate in difficult situations, ability to work in a team, as well as independently.

Responsibilities of the candidate for the position:

• Providing feedback to customers via SMS
• Monitoring work chats in messengers
• Listening and analyzing call center calls
• Performance of other specialized tasks of the manager

For our part, we will be happy to offer:

• Salary — a guaranteed rate of UAH 20,000.
• Official employment and official vacation (24 calendar days);
• Work schedule 09:00 — 18:00 in the office for the first two to three months. In the future, by agreement, a flexible work schedule is possible (hybrid - remote/office)
