Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education (enterprise economics, personnel management, finance)
• Ability to find trends and draw conclusions;
• Knowledge of MS Excel at an intermediate level (formulas , large data sets, without macros), Word, PowerPoint, 1C/BAS;
• 1C — knowledge at a confident level

Responsibilities:

• Creating a structure for KPI performance analysis (plan-fact);
• Reviewing motivations (office, retail network) based on the analysis;
• Improving the payroll system for employees of the distribution center, retail network and production
