Wishes to the candidate:
- Ability to communicate competently and productively
- Ability to process large volumes information and assimilate it
- Ability to analyze received data
- Ability to work in multitasking mode (email processing, chats, communication by phone, performance of manager's tasks)
- Experience in customer support - at least one year
- Knowledge of software and operating systems at the level of a "confident user",
- Proactivity, stress resistance, customer orientation
- Willingness and willingness to work in a team
What you will need to do:
- Reception of customer requests and their redistribution
- Customer consultation on connection and work with the company , answers to customer questions (work in chats, with mail and incoming calls)
- Work with CRM
