Job description

Functional tasks:

• ensure operation and maintenance of heating systems, heat supply, water supply, drainage, fire-fighting water mains;
• ensure operation and technical maintenance of air conditioning and ventilation systems, precision air conditioning of special-purpose premises, smoke protection, fire ventilation, timely repair of energy supply systems of buildings of the National Bank of Ukraine (except the buildings of the Banknote and Coin Court);
• participation in the elimination of emergency situations (if they occur);
• control and ensuring compliance with optimal operating modes of energy equipment, efficient use of thermal energy and water, keeping records of thermal energy, water, and gas costs in the buildings of the National Bank of Ukraine (except for the buildings of the Banknote and Coin Court). career development and gaining unique experience in a stable and transparent organization;
• Market level of remuneration, bonuses based on performance evaluation (KPI);

Our expectations from the candidate:

• Work experience of 2 years;
• Necessary knowledge: legislation in the field of labor protection and fire safety, "Rules for the technical operation of thermal installations and networks";
• Higher technical education in the field of knowledge "Energy and energy engineering", or "Electrical engineering and electromechanics", or "Automatics and control", or "Construction and architecture" according to the educational and qualification level of a master's degree, specialist;
• English language level not lower than A1;
• Experience in organizing maintenance of heating networks, water supply and drainage systems, ventilation and air conditioning systems;
• Responsibility, communication skills, discipline.
