Specialist of the document management department (clerk) in ZEST Autsorsing

ZEST Outsourcing is looking for a candidate for the position of "Specialist in the document management department" as part of a project for the company, an international manufacturer and supplier of food, agricultural, industrial and financial products and services. The company offers: Official registration in the state, social guarantees according to the Labor Code. Work schedule: full time from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., five-day work week, possibility to partially work remotely. A laptop for work is provided. Competitive salary level. Company office location: Kyiv, st. Lybidska. Main duties: Preparation of contracts/addendums. Filing and archiving of documents. Maintaining a database of incoming/outgoing documents based on originals. Negotiations on the terms of contracts with Ukrainian suppliers and company offices in other countries. Compiling reports in accordance with contracts. Work in 1C and SAP programs (training is conducted). Candidate requirements: Possession in English, preferably at the Intermediate level. Higher education, preferably economics or finance. Experience in 1C and SAP programs will be an additional advantage. Confident user of MS Office.
