Specialist in the Department of Economics and Finance

Our candidate has:< /strong>

• higher economic and financial education; 

• experience working with contracts;  

• 3 years of practical experience in a similar position; 

• knowledge of 1C UTP, BAS, MS Office, Excel, Power Point, Word;  

• confident user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel);

• experience in electronic document management systems

• responsibility, high level of self-organization, attention to details, sociability.

Responsibilities:

• Formation and controlling the implementation of cash flow plans
• Short-term (month) and medium-term (budget per year) planning of cash flows (CF), income and expenses (P&L)
• Monitoring and analysis of receivables
• Calculation of the cost of services
• Monthly formation of actual reporting ( P&L, CF), plan-fact analysis
• Formation of reports/presentations in Power Point
• Formation of applications for contracts, payments and other documents in 1C Treasury;
• Management (coordination) of the process of agreeing contracts (and related documents) of various types (purchase and sale, delivery, provision of services, etc.) in accordance with the existing business process
• Systematize documents (accounting and reminder system about the extension period, etc.)
• Monitoring of the fulfillment of the terms of the contracts, control of terms, cooperation with various departments of companies to ensure the fulfillment of obligations
• Assistance in the development and implementation of policies and procedures, "related to contractual work, to ensure an effective and coordinated approach to contractual relations
• Ensuring compliance: implementation and control of compliance with legislation, rules and regulatory requirements related to the conclusion and performance of contracts< /li>
