Requirements:

• higher education (legal/economic field)
• work experience from 1 year
• li>free orientation in the legislation of Ukraine on issues of risk management and internal control
• experience in drafting internal regulatory documents
• confident PC user (Word, Excel, preferably PowerPoint)
• ability to work with a large volume information receiver
• organization, responsibility, attentiveness, initiative, efficiency, sociability

Main tasks:

• improving / writing / approving internal regulatory documentation and providing recommendations on bringing the Company's activities into line with legislative changes
• developing and approving employee job descriptions / regulations on structural subdivisions

• making the necessary decisions to solve all problematic issues related to the introduction of new products and services of the Company
• support and control of the implementation of the decisions made by the Company's employees
• participation in the preparation of materials related to increasing the effectiveness of compliance risk management, implementation of a set of measures that include a systematic process of identification, assessment, processing, monitoring and control of compliance risks

• preparation and support of the process of verification of the Company by the NBU on financial monitoring (support, preparation of answers to requests, control of the preparation of the provision of information and documents)
• participation in customer checks with the aim of identifying suspicious financial transactions
