Specialist of the city organization in organization development and volunteering in Chernivecka OO TChHU

Functional duties of a specialist:

- Collects information, forms and submits monthly, quarterly, annual, general and final reports on the implementation of the program to the department of organizational development;

- Ensures proper response to requests;

- Together with the head of the Ministry of Defense, the leader of volunteers of the Ministry of Defense coordinates measures for the development of the Ministry of Defense; 

- Provides methodical and technical support to the Ministry of Defense team regarding program implementation;

- Provides answers to requests regarding the development of the organization and volunteering and youth from the MO team;

- Together with the head of the MO and as a leader of volunteers of the MoD, distributes roles among the members of the organization's team;

- Uses and implements tools for attracting resources at the local level;

- Coordinates and implements the MoD development plan and reports on the results of its implementation to regional specialists in the development of organizations, volunteering and/or youth;

- Participates in the implementation of the measures that are recorded in the Memorandum and/or other documents regarding this program.

- Performs administrative functions related to work in this area.

- Provides support, coordination and assistance to the Department of Organizational Development in changing the organizational structure of the OO, support of the MO from the Department during the adoption of new current Regulations on the MO;

- Implements and uses tools from Care of personnel and volunteers at the level of Ministry of Defense, provides support to Ministry of Defense specialists in this matter;

In the field of volunteering and youth development:

- Determines, together with the employees of the Organization and coordinators of areas (if available), in which areas of activity volunteers will be involved.

- Assesses the need of organizations in the territory of the sub-department for volunteers and organizes their involvement together with the coordinators of the areas of activity (if available).

- Assesses the needs of organizations in the sub-departmental territory in the implementation of youth programs and initiatives (including educational ones) and coordinates their implementation together with coordinators of areas of activity (if available).

- Participates in the organization's assessment of the needs of volunteers and young people in the community.

- Together with the head of the Ministry of Education, the leader of volunteers of the Ministry of Education, the regional specialist in youth development/volunteering and youth, coordinates and provides administrative support for volunteering and youth development activities;

- Finds and provides volunteers with resources for work, including providing them with identification cards, uniforms with the Red Cross symbol, necessary personal protective equipment and visibility items.
