Specialist of the IT Technical Support Department in KOMINBANK, AT

Tasks:

• Reception, registration and initial processing of user requests (1st line).
• Providing basic technical support to Bank users in accordance with regulations.
• Performance of typical actions: setting up workstations, peripheral equipment, access.
• Elimination of standard incidents (2nd line) or referral to the person in charge employee.
• Interaction with other IT departments and control of application fulfillment.

Professional knowledge and skills:

• Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11 OS,
• understanding of the principles of PC and peripheral equipment,
• basic knowledge of networks (Internet, IP, VPN — at the user level),
• willingness to work for instructions and regulations.
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory, experience working with Service Desk systems

Knowledge of internal normative documents and requirements of the NBU is not mandatory (on-the-job training) - will be an advantage
