work experience in the field of support or monitoring of IT systems - from 1 year. It will be a plus: experience in fintech or payment systems;

Main tasks:

• carrying out round-the-clock monitoring operational information systems, payment services and infrastructure of the Company; 

• detection and initial classification of incidents in monitoring systems; 

• operational escalation of incidents in accordance with established procedures and regulations;

• participation in incident response processes and control of their processing until complete resolution;

• cooperation with related departments to eliminate failures and restore the systems to operational efficiency.
