FUNCTION: Marketing (Sales and Distribution Division)

LOCATION: Kyiv

ROLE POSITIONING AND GOAL:                                  

Systems and data specialist is responsible for support and administration of trade marketing and distribution systems, creation of data processing algorithms, automation of data processing processes.

KEY DUTIES:

• Support of trade marketing and distribution systems;
• Preparation of regular standard and special reports;< /li>
• Timely download of data from the distributor and customers, control of their correctness;
• Synchronization of databases data;
• Writing instructions;
• Executing requests for creating algorithms for data processing and display;
• li>
• Automation of data processing processes;
• Processing requests to provide data from other units;

REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES:

• Higher education in the relevant field of study (master's, specialist, bachelor's);
• Confident user all Microsoft Office programs;
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues;
• Ability to prioritize and work in mode multitasking;
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly;
• Intermediate or higher level of English is preferred.

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE (REQUIRED):

• MS Excel – fluency (writing complex formulas, array formulas; working with summary tables, obtaining data from other resources Excel/Access/MSSQL/text files);
• Mandatory experience with VBA function (ability to write commands and understand already existing ones);
• MS Access – skill add/delete/edit data, write queries;
• MS SQL – ability to add/delete/edit data;

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE (DESIRABLE):

• XML is a general understanding of language structure. Ability to edit existing code;
• HTML - general understanding of language structure. Ability to edit existing code;
