Main duties:

• Execution of personal KPIs< /li>
• Conducting meetings and attracting new small business customers to the bank's credit and non-credit products
• Sales and product registration
• High-quality coverage of established customers with the maximum number of banking products
• Qualitative processing of the existing customer base with the aim of increasing lead generation for credit products
• Fast and high-quality operational service and consulting of customers
• Solving daily product problems, meeting customer needs
• Credit process support between analysts and clients, interaction with bank services

Basic requirements:

• Higher education (economics, management, law, finance, banking and insurance or relevant)
• 1+ year of experience in the banking system in front-line positions with corporate customer service of clients
• Management experience (will be an advantage)
• Ability to provide a high level of service indicators (NPS and CSAT) for fixed customers
• Experience in sales of credit and non-credit banking products to clients of the SME segment, effective communication and conducting presentations
• Experience in establishing and developing long-term relationships with clients of the SME segment, knowledge and skills in the administration of relevant banking products
• Knowledge and skills in working with financial documents of small customers business: knowledge of the basic list of financial documents of legal entities and/or sole proprietorships, their structure and form, the correctness of filling in the necessary for crediting
• Skills of basic financial analysis of the enterprise and understanding of the client's financial statements, the ability to notice important details and understand interrelationship of financial indicators of the enterprise
• Knowledge of the basic principles of accounting and tax accounting of legal entities
• Confident user of a PC (tablet), MS Office, PowerPoint, Google services (mail, documents, presentation etc.)
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language (incl. business)
• Owning the ethics of business communication
