What tasks await you:

• Agreement of terms of new contracts and their conclusion;
• Control, signing of additional agreements and ensuring timely extension of existing contracts;
• Control of termination of contracts during dismantling of technical objects;
• Work in SAP: support of contracts, creation of orders (PO), control of fulfillment of contract terms and payments, collection, signing of primary documents and their transfer to accounting department;
• Formation of proposals for making changes to the terms of contracts. Control of acceptance of these terms by counterparties;

Required skills and experience:

• Experience in working with contracts and primary documents;
• Confident user of Microsoft Office, SAP (preferred), M.E.Doc (preferred), service ON TIME;
• High negotiation skills and initiative.
