< b style="font-weight: 700">Main work tasks:

• Preparation of data for analysis of the provided services: in terms of counterparties and consumed services, from regulated and non-regulated tariffs by the state, for making changes to the tariffs related to the Company's cable sewers;
• Preparation of draft Orders and Decrees on the approval of tariffs that are not established by the Border Tariffs , providing clarification on the introduction of tariffs to regional units and key to clients;
• Development of forms of contracts for the provision of services and contracts with subcontracting organizations by service providers regarding operative support of works (OSR);
• Preparation of reports and conducting a preliminary analysis on the implementation of budget indicators of funds accruals according to the provided services, the state of receivables;
• Preparation of documents for tender purchases, analysis of documents provided as part of the tender, regarding completeness and compliance with the requirements for the purpose of determining the winner;
• Conclusion of contracts with subcontractors, provision of subcontractors' access to the Company's information systems, organization of contractor training in using the Proxima mobile application. Support of contracts in the part of monitoring the fulfillment of contractual obligations.

You are our candidate if you have:

• Higher education;
• Work experience of 2 years or more;
• Developed communication skills, independence, proactivity, responsibility, desire to study special programs that are used in workers
• Have an organized package of documents (in particular, a registration certificate or a military card);
• A confident user of MS Office.
